Can I use the Imetpro if I have a pacemaker?
Unfortunately we do not advise anyone with a pacemaker to use the Imetpro. Please speak with your GP or healthcare professional before use of any Imetpro device.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes we offer a 100% money back guarantee! We give you 30 days to test the device and if you are not 100% satisfied you can send it back to us for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
How do I change the modes?
Press the middle button once and you will see it will change to a number between 1-7 depending on what mode you are currently on, simpy tap the middle button once to cycle through the 7 modes.
Is there anywhere I am not supposed to put the Imetpro?

Yes we absolutely do! After entering your address in the checkout, the shipping rate will automatically generate to ship where you are.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all our product found to be defective within 1 year, this warranty is only valid from the date of original purchase with a valid receipt.
Each Imetpro reseller may have different warranty periods, please refer to your reseller for more information.
